Our Quality Assurance Process
At Timeless Residential, we are dedicated to our homeowners. We believe in standing behind each home we build and by doing so after you close on your new home we offer a limited one year warranty which includes a ninety-day and an eleven month walk through. At each walk through the homeowner and a warranty representative will access the warranty concerns. The warranty representative will schedule for repairs to be made that are covered by the one year limited warranty.
In addition to our one year limited warranty we also provide our homeowners with a two year systems and 10 year structural warranty through the 2-10 Homebuyer Warranty Corporation Program.
